1- The very first thing-

There is no age restriction for going to the gym. People of any age can go to the gym. But it is very important to know before going to the gym that your body is ready to workout. So people who have never been to the gym should understand some important things from the trainer. Otherwise, this may cause some other health problems.

2- Warm-up

It is important to always prepare the body before exercising. So do a little jogging to increase the body temperature so that there is not much pressure on the body and the mind is alert.

3- Speed

Increase the speed and intensity of the workout slowly. It is not appropriate for the body to suddenly do the hard work. Unnecessary pressure on unwanted parts of the body can cause pain and muscle injury.

4-  Not every day

Go to the gym only three days a week. According to the experts, one should go to the gym three days a week because the body also needs some rest after a workout. This helps the body to lose weight gradually. It is not right to make the body more tired than its capacity.

5- Clothes and shoes

It is very important to know about your clothes and shoes before going to the gym. The clothes should not be tight from anywhere or putting stress on the body. If the shoes are not right during the workout, the muscles of the feet can get injured. If possible, shop for these things only from the specialized shops or brands that make things for sports and workouts.

6- Helping machines-

Before using gym machines, learn the way of using them from the trainer, because using machines incorrectly can put you in other problems. These machines are mostly used for toning the abdomen, hips, thighs, back and arms.

 

 

 

 

 

7- Drink water-

Sweating is common during exercise, so keep drinking water. You can feel dizzy due to lack of water. You can drink water with glucose or sugar.

8- Be careful-

Often, body pain occurs at the beginning of a workout. Although it is natural to have pain in the beginning, but if you are still in pain after a few days, do not ignore it. It means something is wrong. Consult the trainer immediately.
